Bachelor of Applied Social Science
The Bachelor of Applied Social Science combines theory and practice in an interactive learning environment which includes small classes involving group discussions, activities and role-plays.
While studying this course you will learn a mix of contemporary communication and management and counselling theories as well as practical skills and people management and counselling tools which you will be able to apply to a variety of occupations.
The Bachelor of Applied Social Science includes two Student Placements allowing you to gain experience while you study. This provides you with great networking opportunities and also gives you an advantage when it comes to entering the work place as you will have experience before you graduate.

The first year of the Bachelor of Applied Social science is common to all three areas of specialisation. You may apply to enter your chosen area of specialisation (counselling, coaching or management) after completing the first five modules or you can continue with no specialisation.
