The College complies with relevant State or Territory laws including Commonwealth or State/Territory legislation. The College ensures that its policies and procedures meet the requirements of Commonwealth or State / Territory legislation which are relevant to the College's operations. College staff and educators are provided with information about legislation that affects their duties and students are provided with information about legislation that significantly affects their participation in vocational education and training.
