Managing Recruitment And Induction

This module provides the student interested in human resource management with a variety of skills and a knowledge base for effective recruitment and induction procedures in the workplace. Students learn contemporary organisational perspectives on human resource management and how to apply this knowledge specifically in the area of recruitment, selection and induction of staff. Emphasis is placed on the application of counselling skills and theory as the basis of these recruitment procedures.
