Self-Esteem and Motivation

This module investigates self-esteem and motivation as critical factors for achievement in challenging situations.

The primary focus is on how self-esteem and motivation can be developed, enhanced and maintained. The learning occurs in an applied, introspective and interactive environment.

The studies, combined with my previous work experience, have led me into a more satisfying role in an industry I know well. My studies have given me the confidence to manage a role where top notch "soft skills" are essential.
