The Contextualised SelfModule SynopsisThis module locates the practitioner's self within the dynamics of their professional environment. It examines theories of self and organisations and modes of engagement. It explores the inherent tensions between personal stance, professional identity and complex social systems. This module builds on the work done in Theories of Contemporary society, focusing on the self's relationship to the broader systems and structures covered in the earlier module. Learning outcomes
