Reflect and Improve on Professional Practice

This  module describes the knowledge and skills required by students to effectively evaluate their own work, continue their professional self-development, and to benefit from and provide effective supervision within an ethical code of practice.

This module will be a very practical one, with considerable opportunity for students to reflect on their own professional practice, and the way in which this is shaped by their personal attributes and characteristics (such as their strengths, skills, values, beliefs, awareness and experiences).

Students will be challenged to critically examine their professional knowledge, interactions, expectations and processes, and to assess the way in which their behaviour, attitudes and manner influence their professional practice.
