- Lectured and tutored extensively in Problem Based Learning (Med Students), Special Education, Psychology, Behaviour Management, Education pre-service teacher training at The University of Queensland and Australian College of Applied Psychology.
- Worked in a broad range of Behaviour Support services from P-12 schools, including alternative/suspension programs/Detention Centre.
- A consultant in Behaviour Policy and professional development for Brisbane Catholic Education.
- Registered school teacher (Educational Psychology/Counselling).
- Research Assistant and intern for writing tenders and grants for the University of Queensland.
