Payment Methods

Pay as you go

You only pay for the modules you are studying each term, and you can vary your study load from term to term. Students who elect to pay as they go will pay their fees before the commencement of each term.

FEE-HELP

Students who are eligible and planning to study a higher education award can apply for FEE-HELP, a loan given to eligible fee-paying students to help pay part or all of their tuition fees.  If you would like to pay for your fees in this way you will need to complete a Request for FEE-HELP Assistance Form.  This form is available from the College.  Call 1800 061 199 or email info@acap.edu.au or complete the Request for FEE-HELP Assistance Form online

Payment plans

Payment plans are only available to those students studying a non-higher education award.  Payment plans enable students to split the total cost of their term tuition fees into three monthly or six fortnightly instalments.  For more information call 1800 061 199 or email info@acap.edu.au

AUSTUDY and ABSTUDY

  • AUSTUDY is available to students over 25 years of age who are studying at least 75 percent of a full-time workload in an approved course.
  • ABSTUDY is available to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students who are studying at least 75 per cent of a full-time workload in an approved course.

I initially chose to study at ACAP for a number of reasons; the degree of flexibility, the highly experienced trainers and the focus on experiential learning. Now that I have actually commenced my studies, I am finding that ACAP is most definitely meeting all of my expectations. I have taken advantage of both the on-campus and distance education options for study. All of the trainers I have had have been very knowledgable and supportive, and the classes are highly interactive.
