Describe your ACAP experience: I found that when I was at ACAP they provided a very supportive environment, where every member of staff, without exception, was helpful and caring. The content of each module was relevant and up-to-date; the facilitators were competent and showed a depth of knowledge on their subject matter.

How has ACAP benefited you personally or professionally? ACAP helped me to upgrade my old under-graduate degree (in Psychology) and re-enter the corporate world. They helped organise both of my work placements and then my first job, (working as an assesor on assessment centres for the fox studios recruitment drive) which led to more work with M&B, and eventually a contract with CBA which turned into a permanent role. I was earning over $100k within 3 years.

How have you used your qualification? My qualification provided credibility as I was able to show a progression from college, to work experience, to contract roles and then into a permanent role. It was the first step in the process. Without the qualification I would not have had the confidence that I needed to go back to work after a long career break raising children and working in other areas.
