Description of services:
Launching late November / early December 2006, 4101 Urban Psychology will offer Solution Focused, Client Centred, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy oriented psychological treatments for adults experiencing mental health issues such as Depression, Bipolar, Anxiety, Panic, Phobia and General Life Issues. The specialist focus of this practice will be provision of services for Women, People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA), Members of the Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender (GLBT) communities and Individuals presenting with high risk sexual behaviours. The principal has relevant experience and training in  treating indivduals and groups in clinical/counselling contexts at the Mood Disorder Unit of a Private Psychiatric Clinic, a Women's Health Centre and the AIDs Council of NSW.
