Description of your fieldwork placement(s): Counselling and Intake Counselling and Mediation Facilitation of contact between children and the parent that they don't live with in cases referred by the Family Court or Department of Child Safety as a result of high conflict, abuse or neglect.

Describe your ACAP experience: ACAP provided me with a practical "Hands-on" learning environment that enabled me to apply the theoretical knowledge that I had gained from my Undergraduate Degree through Unversity. The excellent standard of trainers and module/course content enabled me to develop my confidence, competence and professional identity as a Psychologist.

How have you used your qualification? Employment in current position as Psychologist and Service Coordinator

I had reached a point in life where I wanted to work with people in a meaningful way. This course will allow me to use all my life experience, make a living and be fulfilled as a human being. It has given me stability in an uncertain world.
