Managing and Developing Teams

This module provides students with a dynamic and interactive exploration into the management and development of teams in the workplace.  Students develop competencies in skills and knowledge to work effectively with people in all phases of team development. It provides competency-base training and theoretical perspectives to develop skills in management and developing teams, with the emphasis on work teams.
