Managing in Ambiguity and ChangeThis module provides students with an understanding of the nature and complexity of organisational systems and environments and how to manage change and ambiguity. Students experience the impact of change and the resultant ambiguities that accompany such change - be they at the intrapersonal, interpersonal or inter-organisational level.
