Performance and Development CounsellingModule SynopsisThis module equips students to identify, assess and manage a range of commonly experienced issues within the organisational setting that may require support. It highlights the importance of a range practical intervention and has a particular focus on referrals as an important part of the process. Core counselling skills are identified as part of the relational competencies for managers. An integrated exploration of legal and ethical issues is contained within each topic area.
