Strategy and Planning FrameworksModule SynopsisThis module offers students the opportunity to pursue their interest in management studies by examining the theories, principles, and processes associated with strategic management and planning. It looks at issues such as effective strategy and planning, the operationalisation of strategies, and the cultural dimensions of strategic management.
