Why Study This Course


The B App Soc Sc (Management) teaches the foundation skills of counselling and communication as well as people management and leadership. It is the ideal stream of the B App Soc Sc if you are interested in working effectively with people as a team leader or organisation manager.

Completing this course will provide you with a firm understanding of the social and environmental contexts of the people and, organisational cultures you may work with in the future as well as the principles of managing people.

As a graduate of this course you will be prepared to be a reflective people-orientated manager, well suited to work in an a range of private and public sector industries in areas such as: administration, project management or leadership, small business ownership, recruitment, operations management, workforce planning, organisational support work, career advice and human resources.
