In alignment with National Youth Week the ACAP Alumni Team is pleased to have Dr John Meteyard present our next professional development session in Brisbane on;

General Principles and Approaches to Working with Young People

Dr John Meteyard is a registered psychologist with over 20 years experience in people-helping professions, including youth work and counselling. He has accrued nearly 7000 hours of individual and family counselling, and has become sought after for his down to earth and relational style.

John is highly passionate about helping children, teens and young adults and is capable across a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, bullying, behavioural difficulties, ASD, learning difficulties, internet addictions and family conflict. As a parent himself his approach is family-focussed and collaborative whenever possible.

By attending this event you will receive a certificate crediting you with 2.5 PD hours.
