Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Management)
If you want to work with people in a leadership or management position, you need practical skills in communication, counselling and change management, as well as an in-depth understanding of management theory.
At ACAP, we combine counselling, communication and management topics to give you the skills to successfully lead and manage a team of any size. As a result, our three-year management qualification is very different to a business skills-focused university management program.
You may be just starting your management career, or you may be looking to move into management. If you want to build effective working relationships with people, this undergraduate program will suit you.
Fast facts
The first year of the Bachelor of Applied Social Science is common to all three areas of specialisation. You may apply to enter the management specialisation after completing the first of six modules. Those who have completed the Diploma of HR Management (BSB50607) or equivalent.
