Workshop Requirements

Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) CHC52008*

Students studying the modules identified below through Blended Delivery (Online) are required to attend the relevant Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) Workshops at an ACAP campus. These workshops provide face to face training in practical skills and  involve assessment of skills required for competency.

See VET Workshop Calendar for times and dates. Further information about the workshops such as pre-workshop preparation and location details will be sent to you when you are contacted about your attendance by the VET Administration team.

Why workshops are compulsory?

On-campus workshops form a vital part of the assessment and experiential learning process. You may feel a little apprehensive, or wonder why they are mandatory. Based on the feedback we have had from more than 90% of our students who have already attended these workshops, we can promise you that you will find them not only enriching, but, above all, fun!

The workshops must be attended in the same term that you are taking the module/s, as they represent a vital component of the assessment process, unless extenuating circumstances prevent you from attending.

PLEASE NOTE: Failure to attend workshops will result in an inability to complete the co-requisite module/s.
