To get your plan in place before you start you can:

How to register for support with AccessAbility Disability Service

Complete the AccessAbility Registration Form.
Gather supporting documentation based on your specific situation and email it to [email protected]:

a) Health Practitioner’s Report: If you have a physical and/or mental health condition or disability, this report must be written in English, dated within the past 6 months, include the practitioner’s provider number, recommended reasonable adjustments, and be signed or authenticated. For mental health conditions, please have your psychologist or psychiatrist complete the report. If you require a First Aid Plan, ask your health practitioner to complete this as well.

b) Learning Assessment Report: If you are applying for reasonable adjustments due to a learning disability, provide a report describing the learning disability, its impact on your studies, and recommended reasonable adjustments.

c) Centrelink Documentation Confirming Carer Status: If you are applying as a carer and receive Carer Payment or Carer Allowance, submit Centrelink documentation confirming your carer status.

d) Evidence of Participation in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS): If you have a physical and/or mental health condition or disability, or if you are a carer, provide current evidence of participation in the NDIS.

Once we receive your documents, our team will work closely with you to provide practical, individualised supports tailored to your needs, ensuring your success in your studies.
