ACAP’s relocation from Wynyard to Hyde Park in late 2016 took place with the building’s grand Elizabeth Street entrance still a work in progress.
A few months later and the foyer’s ‘reveal’ was worth the wait.
Construction of the soaring atrium entry space finished in March. Its crisp black and white décor cleverly makes a feature of the abundant natural greenery of Hyde Park, which remains in view from every aspect within the generous circulation space, reception areas and student break-out spots.
For convenience, the Hyde Park campus links to Castlereagh Street, which makes the college a five-minute walk from Town Hall station to the west. To the east, there are buses to the door and Museum station is across the street.
