Develop a coaching mindset

This course is highly practical and provides coaching tools and techniques that can be immediately applied in real-world workplace settings.

This course is based on the most current, evidence-based theories and techniques in executive and leadership coaching.

Throughout the course, you will be encouraged to critically reflect on your learning experiences and in turn develop a coaching mindset or way of thinking about behavioural transformation.

This means you will develop personally as well as professionally as you engage in practical learning activities designed to embed coaching skills into your professional practice as an executive leadership coach.

 

Through the completion of four units, graduates can expect to develop a sound grounding and skillset in the following areas:

Understand human behaviour

Becoming a great leader starts with understanding human behaviour. As a specialist college, expertise in human behaviour forms the foundation of all our courses. This approach to teaching is what makes us different.

Students in this course will be supported by leading Executive Coaches who have extensive practical experience in their fields and within organisational settings.

 

The course can be completed in one-year full time and can be conveniently studied online.

Admission Criteria

Meet one of the following criteria:

  • Completion of an AQF level 7, three-yearBachelor degree in a cognate discipline including counselling, psychology, social work, law, business, and human resources  

OR

  • Completion of any other Bachelor degree and 5+ years industry experience in a human resources related field such as leadership, human resources and people management
