The CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) is a nationally recognised award designed to prepare students for case management roles in the community services sector. This course provides the skills and knowledge essential to undertake case management in the Community Services Industry. You will use your skills and knowledge to develop relationships with clients, coordinate services for your clients, network with other agencies and services, support your team in work health and safety and ethical conduct. Students completing the Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) are required to complete 210 hours of work placement.
