The MIT course will provide students with access to state-of-the-art tools, immersive learning experiences and the latest advancements shaping the IT profession. Students will develop skills and modernise their knowledge of emerging and evolving technologies. Experiential learning is a fundamental part of the course, with a project-based approach that culminates in a final capstone project presented at an industry showcase event.

Who is the MIT designed for?

The MIT has been carefully designed to empower IT professionals looking to enhance their expertise in evolving and emerging technologies, such as AI, blockchain and cybersecurity, while also developing collaboration, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Entry requirements include an Australian Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, or 3 years significant, relevant industry experience, with some additional requirements for international applicants (more info here).

When and where will MIT be offered?

The course will initially be offered on campus at our new Melbourne CBD campus with the program starting in February 2024. Course duration is 2 years full-time or 6 years part-time.
