Overview

Over 15 years experience in both education and community services. Areas such as aged care, palliative care and all aspects of community services and case management sector. Management of the VET sector with a full focus on the community services training package. Has the skills & knowledge to train in the generic case management course work and in selected units for counselling course work.

Research

Betty’s research interest is preparing adult learners through their educational journey and ensuring that students are equipped with the key ingredients that help them get a job, remain employed, look after their mental and physical health, and participate in their community.

Teaching and Coordination Responsibilities

Currently working as a Course Coordinator responsible for the delivery, coordination of high quality learning and assessment to students in VET course/s.
