Dr Be Pannell is a leadership expert and academic who combines business experience in senior management with a deep understanding of psychology and neurobiology to facilitate the thinking required of future leaders.  

Be provides coaching and leadership development programs in Corporate, Government and Academic sectors. With expertise in senior management, academia, coaching psychology and applied neuroscience, she brings over 20 years of experience working with thousands of people in the field of adult leadership development.

Biography

 

As the course designer of both the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Graduate Certificate of Applied Coaching courses, Be has constructed programs that help participants get the best out of others – and themselves.

Her work focuses on the design, writing and delivery of business, leadership, coaching and cultural change programs, using evidence-based methods that are targeted, practical, and measurable.  

She brings to this work extensive experience in coaching, training and facilitating transformational change, working with thousands of people over 20 years, working in Government, Corporate and University sectors. Clients include NSW Health, Transport for NSW, NSW Department of Education, Royal Bank of Australia, Westpac, Accenture, Optus, the National Disability Insurance Scheme, and the Australian Catholic University. 

An engaging facilitator, Be’s academic work focuses on managing and developing coaching and leadership programs across a number of disciplines.

Her research investigates how coaching psychology can enhance workplace cultures, performance and wellbeing.

Working across industry sectors, projects include the design and delivery of game-based learning to cultural change programs, transformational leadership programs, workplace wellness and resilience interventions, as well as coaching supervision workshops dealing with challenging workplace behaviours.
