Eligibility Criteria
Scholarship Assessment Criteria
All applications for the International Merit Scholarship will be assessed against the following criteria:
- Completed with evidence an Australian university AQF level 7 or above degree and meet the minimum GPA of 80% criteria.
- Quality of a written submission demonstrating leadership, community contribution, personal development, and future impact.
Written Statement
- Provide specific examples of leadership, community involvement, service, innovation, or other contributions that have created positive impact.
- Outline how the applicant has pursued learning and skills development relevant to their chosen field.
- Explain career goals and how the proposed course of study will support those goals. Describe any challenges overcome and how the scholarship will assist in achieving future aspirations.
How are the scholarship funds allocated?
The scholarship is applied to tuition fees and distributed evenly across the units required to complete the course. The total International Merit Scholarship value is 20% of the total course tuition fee.
More Details
Students are eligible to receive only one scholarship, bursary, or discount for the same unit of study. Where a student qualifies for multiple scholarships, bursaries, or discounts, the highest value award will be applied, and no additional scholarships or discounts will be granted for that unit.
