TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ACAP GDLP NSW – Register & Attend Prize Draw

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is ACAP University College Pty Ltd trading as ACAP University College (ABN 94 057 495 299) of Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Prize Draw Period

The competition is conducted in conjunction with:

• the GDLP NSW Launch event held on Thursday, 11 June 2026, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm (local time) at the ACAP campus, 11/255 Elizabeth Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Launch Event”); and
• the LSS events held between Monday, 11 May 2026 and Friday, 22 May 2026 (“LSS Events”).

The competition commences on Monday, 11 May 2026 and closes at 7:00pm (AEST) on Thursday, 11 June 2026 (“Prize Draw Period”).

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who:

• register for and attend the GDLP NSW Launch Event in person; or
• attend an eligible LSS Event during the Prize Draw Period.

Entrants who attend the GDLP NSW Launch Event are eligible to enter both prize draws. Entrants who attend only an LSS Event are eligible to enter the Beats Studio Pro Wireless Headphones prize draw only.

To be eligible for the dining experience prize draw, entrants must be present at the GDLP NSW Launch Event by 7:00pm (local time).

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and current ACAP students are ineligible to enter. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “immediate family members” means a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member.

4. Entry Method

Entry into the competition is free. To enter, eligible entrants must register for and attend the relevant event in person. Attendance will be confirmed via check-in at the event registration desk.

Attendance at an eligible event constitutes one (1) entry into the competition. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

Two (2) prizes will be awarded:

• One (1) $400 AUD dining experience gift card for 6HEAD Sydney, available exclusively to eligible attendees of the GDLP NSW Launch Event; and
• One (1) Beats Studio Pro Wireless Headphones, available to eligible attendees of both the GDLP NSW Launch Event and the LSS Events.

The approximate retail value of each prize is $400 AUD.

The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other alternative.

6. Prize Draw

The draw for the dining experience prize will be conducted during the GDLP NSW Launch Event on Thursday, 11 June 2026. The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received from eligible attendees of the GDLP NSW Launch Event, with each valid entry having an equal chance of being selected.

The draw for the Beats Studio Pro Wireless Headphones will take place on Friday, 12 June 2026. Eligible entries for this draw include valid entries received from attendees of both the LSS Events and the GDLP NSW Launch Event.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email within two (2) business days of the relevant prize draw. The Promoter may publish the winners’ names on ACAP Australia and/or its official social media channels.

8. Unclaimed Prize

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within two (2) business days of notification, the prize will be deemed unclaimed. A redraw will take place at 10:00am (AEST) on Thursday, 18 June 2026, at the same location, subject to any applicable laws. Any redraw winner will be notified in accordance with clause 7.

9. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be made available for collection or delivery within thirty (30) days of the relevant draw date, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the winner.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding prizes, and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

By entering the competition, entrants consent to the Promoter publishing their name in connection with the competition if they are declared a winner.

11. Verification and Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants and may disqualify any entrant who:

• tampers with the entry process;
• submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or
• engages in conduct that may compromise the fair and proper conduct of the competition.

12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
