Biography

Graham Willcock is an executive and business coach and academic practitioner with more than two decades of leadership experience across the private, public, and higher education sectors. He holds dual coaching accreditation — Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EIA) — and serves as an ICF Assessor.

Prior to joining ACAP, Graham held CEO and executive director roles in media and technology, and senior leadership positions in Australian higher education and VET, including the Australian Public Service. He has also lectured in MBA programs and served as a non-executive director.

At ACAP, Graham contributes to the Graduate Certificate of Applied Coaching within the Discipline of Coaching. His professional interests lie at the intersection of coaching practice, evidence-informed curriculum, and ICF accreditation standards.
