Prior to your counselling session, you will receive an automated email containing a link to the Client Service Record Form (one per calendar year). Please complete and respond directly to the sender email address.

Individual counselling support at ACAP is confidential, self-referred, free, and short-term session.

Our counsellors can provide advice with coping strategies and appropriate resources where needed for both personal and study related issues.  Our counsellors do not provide psychological assessments, mediation or support letters and are not available to students residing outside of Australia.

If you need to talk to someone immediately, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or if life is in danger, please call emergency services on 000. These services are available 24/7.
