Welcome to the ACAP Psychology Clinic at the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP).
The Psychology Clinic is a not-for-profit psychology teaching clinic that offers a range of psychological services to the community at a nominal fee or at no cost. The Psychology Clinic is located in Sydney city centre.
ACAP has been educating counsellors and psychologists for over 30 years. The ACAP School of Psychological Sciences was established in 2009. The ACAP Psychology Clinic was established in 2012 and is part of the School of Psychological Sciences.
The School of Psychological Sciences offers qualifications recognised by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council and by The Psychology Board of Australia, including the Graduate Diploma of Professional Psychology and the Master of Psychology (Clinical). Students of these programs are registered and provisionally registered psychologists completing postgraduate qualifications in Psychology who staff the clinic under the supervision of qualified and experienced senior psychologists.

About The Clinic
The ACAP Psychology Clinic offers a range of psychological services to the community at a nominal fee or at no cost. The services provided by the ACAP Psychology Clinic are informed by current research and adhere to ethical and professional standards to ensure the quality of the services provided.
We monitor the quality of services provided by our psychologists. Video recording and clinical supervision are standard practice in the Clinic and are conducted with the clients' knowledge and consent. All identifying information about clients of the ACAP Psychology Clinic is securely held and available only to authorised persons.

Please know our intention is to recommence providing best-practice psychological services to the members of our community we feel so privileged to support as soon as possible. We will post any updates about clinic operations here on our website.
The ACAP Psychology Clinic administration and management team is operating remotely during this time. If you are an existing client, you will have hopefully heard from your clinician and/or our staff over recent weeks via phone or email to develop a care plan for the coming weeks. We will continue to contact you to advise of the next steps as needed, and where required, provide referral options.
