End of Trimester Results Release FAQs

You will be able to view your final results on the student portal after the results release date. You can find the ACAP University College key dates here.
When your results are ready, you will be able to view them through the ‘Academic Results’ tab within your Student Portal.
Your displayed results will include your individual unit assessment grades and any formative activity results you completed as part of your coursework. Your assessment grades and formative activity results can be identified by the Category names assigned – ‘Assessments’ and ‘Formative Activities’, respectively.
If you had an extension, Academic Consideration in Assessment, incomplete attendance, an appeal, you are still finalising your placement, or anything else that may lead to a delay in a submission and subsequent marking, your result will be amended after the official results are released. This may take up to 2 weeks from the notification of what your result is. Your results will show us as Result Pending or RP.
If the above advice on a ‘Results Pending’ grade does not apply here, please email your name, student ID, unit code, trimester, year, and assessment number to [email protected], and our team will look into this for you.
Yes, you can re-enrol before you receive your results. If you have difficulty, please contact [email protected] before the census date of the following trimester and ideally as soon as possible.
Your results are released on the official results release date for each trimester. Once released, it will be available on the student portal.
Results for deferred exams will usually not be ready when official results are released but shortly after. Your result will remain ‘pending’ until then.
Grades are used at both the individual assessment task and overall unit/ subject final result level. For clarification on what your grade means, reference the ACAP Grade Table.
After each trimester’s official results release date, your Statement of Results will be uploaded to My eQuals within five (5) business days. You will receive an email notification from My eQuals sent to your student email address once the document is available.
To access your Statement of Results, please log in to My eQuals using your student email. If you experience any issues accessing your document, please contact [email protected].
All students have the right to appeal their result for an assessment or the feedback provided by their teacher. To appeal a decision, you will need to fill in the Assessment Appeal Application Form and send it back to us.
After the grade release date, all students who appear to have successfully completed their course requirements will be reviewed by the Academic team to confirm they have met all requirements.
- Potential graduates will be contacted by the Statements and Graduation team within two (2) business days of the results release date.
- Students who are confirmed as eligible to graduate and have their award successfully conferred will then receive confirmation of completion within two (2) business days of conferral date, along with information about graduation ceremonies and graduation documents.
- Students who are identified as ineligible to graduate will be contacted by the Statements and Graduation team within two (2) business days of conferral date, with an explanation of why they were not included in the conferral.
If you believe you are eligible to graduate, there is nothing you need to do obtain your qualification. You simply need to wait to be contacted about this.
