  2. I have completed all required placements, including submitting all placement documentation, and my results have been finalised by the result release date of my final trimester of enrolment.
  3. I have completed all required workshops for my course by the result release date of my last trimester of enrolment.

  7. I have provided the College with my verified Unique Student Identifier (USI). (As of January 2021, USIs are mandatory for all higher education students, and from January 2023, students are unable to graduate without providing a valid USI).

Important: Outstanding fees and/or library items will prevent you from graduating, even if you have completed all academic requirements.

Approval Process

After results are released each trimester by the Assessment Panels, the College will assess the status of all students. Any student identified as having completed the academic requirements of their course will be referred to their discipline for further assessment. Potential graduates will be contacted by the Statements and Graduation team around this time.

For more information check out the result release dates here.

The discipline will then confirm that all academic requirements for the course have been met, including any required workshops and placement. If all requirements are met, the Chair of Discipline will then recommend that the student be regarded as eligible to graduate. The College will then review the students financial and library record. Once all checks are complete, which usually takes three weeks. Students who are eligible to graduate will be contacted by the Statements and Graduation team with further information closer to the conferral date. If you are identified as ineligible to graduate, you will be notified of the reason closer to the conferral date.

Once students have been conferred, they will be informed of their successful completion. At this time, they will also receive information via email regarding the graduation ceremony and graduation documents.

Important: All communications will be sent to both your student email address and your personal email address.

If you believe that you have completed your course and all your grades have been finalised by the result release date, but you have not received confirmation of your graduation, please contact the Statements and Graduation team at [email protected].
