Overview

Charini commenced as an ACAP lecturer in 2018. Her prior lecturing roles were at Charles Sturt University from 2013 to 2017 in its School of Psychology where she was also the First Year Subject Convenor for two years.

Charini completed her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology, Astrophysics) at Ohio Wesleyan University, Delaware, Ohio, USA and completed her PhD at Deakin University, Geelong, Victoria. While at Deakin, Charini held teaching roles in the School of Psychology, School of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences, and Institute of Koorie Education. Charini was also a part of the Australian Unity Wellbeing Index research team at Deakin for a number of years.
