Regional cost of living
support bursary

ACAP is proud to support students through the introduction of a cash-based bursary for new domestic students from regional and remote areas, designed to ease cost-of-living pressures while studying full-time on campus.

ABOUT THE BURSARY

At ACAP, we believe that where you live shouldn’t limit your access to a quality education. That’s why we’re offering the Regional Cost of Living Support Bursary – financial support designed to reduce everyday expenses for students from regional, remote, and very remote areas living and studying on-campus at ACAP.

Unlike a fee reduction, this bursary provides cash payments directly to you. It’s designed to help you manage the real-world costs of living while studying full-time away from home.

HOW IT WORKS

Paid to you after each census date, eligible students can receive:

$500 per unit of study (based on your enrolment).

  • Up to $1,500 in Trimester 1
  • Up to $1,500 in Trimester 2
  • Up to $1,000 in Trimester 3
  • Total value: Up to $4,000 over three trimesters.
