Kelse is an early career lecturer and course coordinator in the Professional Psychology Program. Kelse is a registered psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Kelse's clinical experience includes the provision of evidence-based assessment and interventions across government and non-government organisations, including Department of Communities and Justice, secondary school settings, Headspace Early Psychosis, and NDIS.

Kelse is currently practicing at a private practice providing individual intervention to children, adolescents, and young adults. Kelse is working towards endorsement as a clinical psychologist by undertaking the Master of Professional Psychology Practice (Clinical) at the Australian College of Applied Professions. She also holds a Master of Professional Psychology at Western Sydney University (with Distinction), and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Western Sydney University.
