Nicole Bradley on Mental Health in Sport – Brisbane (evening session only)

Ian Richards on Overcoming Anxiety (By jumping out of a plane!) – Adelaide
ACAP educator and professional counsellor, Ian brings decades of experience to bear on the question: what kind of person would willingly jump out of a plane? Is it hedonistic thrill seeking or a disciplined activity that builds self-awareness? Ian explores how a controlled sport like skydiving has many parallels with managing anxiety – being prepared when the ugly unease bites.
